Metro Motorcycle Escort has been serving the Minneapolis, St Paul Metro area since 1978.
What we do.
We provided motorcycle and vehicle escorts for funerals, oversize loads and special events. We have worked with house movers, funeral homes, for fallen police officers, and have done escorts for the Viking Children's Fund, Minneapolis St Patrick's Day Parade and many other special events.
Who are we.
The manager / president, Tom Fitzhenry, has been a police supervisor for a suburban police department for 30 years and has recently retired. Tom has been a motorcycle escort driver for 29 years and has worked as a certified police motorcycle officer.
The staff:
Shawn & Ryan Fitzhenry have grown up with the business and are currently working as escort drivers. Shawn also works for a major police agency as a police officer. Ryan is a corrections officer for Dakota County and a fire fighter with the Air National Guard. Mike Cunningham has been with the company many years and is a former police reserve officer. Steve Baumer is a former police officer.
All of our employees have extensive training.
